Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale

Last updated: September 2026

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Parchemin.app platform (the "Application"), as well as subscriptions to paid plans.

Access to and use of the Application and its services constitute the User's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Overview of Services

The Application is an online SaaS service for sharing confidential data. Depending on the selected plan, features include:

Account Creation and Security

To use the services, the User must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. The User bears sole responsibility for keeping their login credentials confidential.

Subscriptions, Pricing, and Billing

Subscription Plans

Full access to the Application's services requires a paid subscription ([Monthly Plan / Annual Plan]). Pricing details and technical limits (such as storage space in GB and the number of users) are available at https://parcheminapp.com/en/pricing.

Payment

Payment is processed through a secure payment provider. Subscriptions are billed in advance, at the beginning of each period.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew for a period identical to the initial subscription period, unless the User cancels from their account area at least 7 days before the renewal date.

Payment Default

If billing fails, the Publisher reserves the right to suspend access to the Application's paid features after 14 days' unsuccessful notice.

Intellectual Property and Hosted Content

Ownership of the Application

The Publisher remains the exclusive owner of the Application, its structure, code, designs, and brand.

Ownership of User Documents

The User retains full ownership of documents, files, and data uploaded and shared on the platform. The User warrants that they hold all necessary rights and permissions for these documents.

Content Liability

The Publisher acts solely as a hosting provider under applicable law. The Publisher does not monitor documents stored by the User.

Liability and Service Availability

Service Continuity

The Publisher strives to keep the Application available 24/7, but cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions due to technical maintenance or network failures beyond its control.

Data Loss

Although the Publisher performs regular backups, the User is responsible for retaining a backup copy of important documents. The Publisher cannot be held liable for loss of User data or files.

Indirect Damages

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher's total liability for any damage related to the use of the Application is limited to the total amount paid by the User for their subscription during the previous 3 months.

Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The Publisher collects and processes the User's personal data (name, email, billing data) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details about processing, cookie management, and rights of access, rectification, or erasure, Users should consult the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their validity or performance shall be submitted to the Commercial Court of Lyon.
